Distance sales contract.
1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer (the "Offer") of the self-employed Kharin Evgeniy Petrovich, INN 612506675276 (the "Seller"), and contains all essential terms of a distance sales contract.
1.2. The Offer is addressed to any capable individual purchasing goods for personal, family, household and other needs not related to entrepreneurial activity (the "Buyer").
1.3. Placing an order on the website https://kharincustoms.pro (the "Site") and/or paying for the order mean the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer.
1.4. The Seller may change the terms of the Offer without prior notice. The new version takes effect when published on the Site and does not apply to orders placed earlier.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The Seller transfers to the Buyer's ownership goods of its own production (tattoo equipment and related items), and the Buyer accepts and pays for them on the terms of the Offer.
2.2. The list of goods, their descriptions, specifications and prices are published on the Site in the "Catalog" section. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual item, since the goods are handmade.
3. Placing an order
3.1. An order is placed through the Site by adding goods to the cart and filling in the checkout form.
3.2. The Buyer provides an accurate name, phone number, email and delivery address. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
3.3. After placing the order, the Buyer is assigned an order number. The Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order contents and production time.
3.4. The Seller may refuse to accept an order if false data is provided or technical limitations arise.
4. Price and payment
4.1. Prices on the Site are stated in Russian rubles and may change before the order is placed. The price of a confirmed order cannot be changed.
4.2. Payment is made through a payment service (including Robokassa) by bank card or another available method.
4.3. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's account (acceptance).
4.4. A receipt is generated in accordance with Russian law on cash register equipment and is sent to the Buyer.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out by transport companies (CDEK, Russian Post and others) or by pickup as agreed.
5.2. Production time for made-to-order items is from 1 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Delivery time depends on the region and the carrier.
5.3. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss of the goods pass to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed to the carrier or delivered to the Buyer.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods of proper quality matching the description on the Site and to provide support on order matters.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data, to pay and accept the goods in time, and to follow the operating rules for the items.
6.3. The Seller may suspend or cancel an order if fraudulent actions or false data are detected.
7. Liability
7.1. The parties are liable in accordance with Russian law.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for the consequences of improper use of the goods, or for damage caused by using the goods for purposes other than intended.
7.3. The Seller's liability is limited to the price of the paid goods.
8. Returns and exchanges
8.1. Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with the "Returns and exchanges" section at https://kharincustoms.pro/returns/ and the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law.
9. Personal data
9.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy: https://kharincustoms.pro/privacy/.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to a court in accordance with Russian law.
11. Intellectual property
The Site, the stencil studio, its algorithms, design and texts are the intellectual property of the Seller. Copying, reproducing, distributing and using the studio's algorithms outside the Site without the Seller's written permission is prohibited.
12. Sales, scope and free services
12.1. Goods are sold through the Site only within the Russian Federation. Orders from outside Russia are not accepted.
12.2. Sales may be temporarily suspended (including when no items are available in the catalogue). While items cannot be ordered, no sales contract is concluded.
12.3. The Kharin Tattoo Stensil app is a free service of the Seller: it is not subject to sale, is available only on the Site, and its use outside the Site is prohibited (section 11).
