My name is Evgeniy Kharin, and Kharin Customs is a full cycle of building a tattoo machine in one pair of hands. I came up with the concept, drew it, built the 3D models, designed and routed the printed circuit board, do the soldering and firmware myself, and invented my own mechanism and my own alloy. To make all of that possible, I built the equipment for vacuum casting and post-processing myself and mastered investment (lost-wax) casting, tumbling, anodising, assembly and final calibration — with no contractors and no employees. The road to the first batch took three years: from the first drawings to spare parts for ten machines and the final fitting of tolerances inside the housing. Every machine under the Kharin Customs brand I assemble, test and check personally.
Next comes a team of craftsmen and specialists who expand the brand with new solutions and manufacturing capabilities.
