Personal data processing under Federal Law 152-FZ.
1. General provisions
This Policy defines how personal data of users of the website https://kharincustoms.pro (the "Site") is processed and protected. The personal data operator is the self-employed Kharin Evgeniy Petrovich, INN 612506675276, email [email protected] (the "Operator").
The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
Using the Site and placing an order mean the user agrees to this Policy.
2. What is on sale now
2.1. As of the publication of this edition, no sales are made through the Site: items may be absent from the catalogue, and orders cannot be placed or paid for.
2.2. Once sales open, items with prices and the option to place an order will appear in the catalogue, and registered users will be notified about it.
3. Free services of the Site
3.1. The Kharin Tattoo Stensil app (preparing a sketch for thermal transfer) is distributed free of charge and will always remain free. The app works only on the Site https://kharincustoms.pro: copying, reproducing, distributing and using its algorithms and code outside the Site is prohibited.
3.2. Registration may be required to use the free services; personal data is then processed as described in sections 5–6.
4. Equipment sales
4.1. Tattoo equipment (tattoo machines and related items) is sold only within the Russian Federation; orders from outside Russia are not accepted.
4.2. The Seller applies the special tax regime "Professional income tax" (self-employed) and has no employees.
4.3. Every item is handmade entirely by one master and is an in-house development at every stage: concept, drawing, 3D modelling, printed circuit board design and routing, soldering and firmware, a proprietary mechanism, a proprietary alloy, building the vacuum casting and post-processing equipment, investment (lost-wax) casting, calibration and tuning.
5. What data we collect
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- delivery address;
- order and payment details (without full bank card data);
- technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information.
The data required to place and deliver orders (phone number, delivery address, order and payment details) is processed from the moment sales open and the relevant order is placed.
6. Why we process data
- placing, confirming and fulfilling orders;
- arranging delivery of goods;
- communicating with the user, answering requests and support;
- sending notifications about order status and item availability (with the user's consent);
- improving the Site and the quality of service;
- complying with Russian law.
7. Legal grounds
Processing is based on the consent of the personal data subject, as well as for the performance of a contract to which the user is a party.
8. Who the data is shared with
The data may be shared with third parties solely to fulfil the order (from the moment sales open):
- delivery services (CDEK, Russian Post and other carriers) — to send the order;
- the payment service (Robokassa) — to process payment;
- services that keep the Site running and send notifications.
The Operator does not sell or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties.
Separately: if an external messaging service is connected for certain services of the Site (for example, to receive notifications or to send your own materials), that service receives the identifier of the user’s profile in it and the content the user sends, and further processes them under its own rules. Connecting such services is optional, and any connected service can be turned off at any time in the settings.
9. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies for the cart, sign-in and saving preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may break some features of the Site. Besides cookies, the browser keeps the Studio settings (presets and the free-runs counter) in local storage — that data stays on your device and is not sent to the server.
Aggregated, anonymised visit statistics may be used to evaluate how the Site works.
10. Storage and protection
The Operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
Data is stored no longer than required by the processing purposes or Russian law.
11. Rights of the personal data subject
The user has the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- request rectification, blocking or deletion of the data;
- withdraw consent to personal data processing;
- contact the authorised body for the protection of personal data subjects.
12. Contacts
For questions about personal data processing, write to [email protected]. We will reply within the period established by Russian law.
13. Changes to the Policy
The Operator may change this Policy. The current edition is always published on this page. Edition dated 29.09.2026.
